Service Type

The Service Type is a critical field — it is used by the automatic assignment system to find the appropriate contractor through contracts. For example, if an asset has Service Type "Electrical" and there is an active contract covering Electrical work at the facility, the work order will be automatically assigned to the corresponding contractor.

Properly categorize your assets by Service Type for the automatic work order assignment to work effectively.

You can filter by:

  • Asset type
