Assets
Assets represent the technical equipment and devices in your facilities — generators, air conditioners, lighting, electrical panels, etc.
Asset List
The list shows:
- Asset name
- Asset code
- Type and category
- Service type
- Status (active/out of service)
- Manufacturer and model
Creating an Asset
- Click Add Asset
- Fill in the details:
Identification

Manufacturer & Identification

Service Type
The Service Type is a critical field — it is used by the automatic assignment system to find the appropriate contractor through contracts. For example, if an asset has Service Type "Electrical" and there is an active contract covering Electrical work at the facility, the work order will be automatically assigned to the corresponding contractor.
Organization
Properly categorize your assets by Service Type for the automatic work order assignment to work effectively.
Filters & Search
You can filter by:
- Asset type
- Category
- Service type
- Status
And search by name, code, manufacturer or model.
