Getting Started
Welcome to the Facility Management platform. This guide will help you get familiar with the core features of the system.
Login
- Open your browser and navigate to the platform URL
- Enter the email and password you received in your invitation email
- Click Sign In
First Login
If you are a new user, you will receive an invitation email with an acceptance link. Follow the link to set your password before signing in.
Navigation
The platform has a sidebar on the left with the main sections:

| Facilities | Buildings, stores and other locations |
| Assets | Technical equipment per facility/space |
| Contractors | Maintenance service provider companies |

| Work Orders | Fault reports and maintenance tasks |
| Reports | Statistics and performance analytics |
| Users | User and permission group management |
| Settings | Organization settings (admins only) |
Note
The sections you see depend on the permissions assigned to your account. If you cannot see a section, contact your administrator.
Dashboard
The dashboard is the landing page after login and includes:
- Statistics cards — Total facilities, assets, open work orders and clients
- Facilities map — Interactive map with all locations
- Recent work orders — List of the most recent orders with their status
- Status summary — Completed, in-progress and urgent orders
Client Switching
If your organization manages multiple clients, you will find a client switcher dropdown in the header. Select the client whose data you want to view — all lists will be filtered automatically.
Language Switching
The platform supports Greek and English. You can switch languages from the menu in the sidebar.
User Profile
From the user menu in the header you can:
- Edit your details (name, email, phone)
- Change your profile picture
- Change your password
