Organization & Settings

The Organization is the core entity in the platform — it represents your company and is the root of all data.

Organization Types

There are two organization types:

Self-Managed

The company manages its own facilities directly. The "Clients" section is not shown — the organization acts as its own client.

FM Provider

The Facility Management service provider manages facilities on behalf of multiple clients. The "Clients" section is available and data is grouped by client.

Organization Settings

Settings are accessible only to users with full access (administrators).

Company Details

• Company name and trade name
• Legal form
• VAT number and tax office
• Address, city, postal code, country
• Phone, email, website

Branding

You can customize the platform appearance:

• Logo — Displayed in the sidebar and dashboard
• Primary color — Used in buttons and highlighted elements
• Secondary color — Used in secondary elements
• Accent color — Used in notifications and badges

Configuration

• Spaces required — When enabled, each facility must have at least one space before adding assets
