Notifications
The Notification system keeps you informed about important events in real time.
Notification Bell
In the header, next to your profile, you will find the notification bell. A badge shows the number of unread notifications.
Click the bell to see recent notifications in a dropdown panel.
Notification Types
| Type | When it is sent |
|---|---|
| Order assigned | When a work order is assigned to you |
| Status changed | When a work order status changes |
| Order completed | When a work order is completed |
| Contract expiring | When a contract is nearing its expiration date |

Actions
- Click a notification — Navigate to the relevant page (e.g. work order, contract)
- Mark as read — The blue dot disappears
- Mark all as read — Clear all unread notifications
Email Notifications
In addition to in-platform notifications, certain events also send emails:
- Work order assignment (with PDF assignment document attached)
- Orders requiring Facility Manager review
Refresh
Notifications update automatically every 30 seconds without needing to refresh the page.
