Reports
The Reports section provides statistics and charts for monitoring the performance of facilities, work orders and contractors.
Time Period
At the top you can select the time period:
- 7 days
- 30 days
- 90 days
- 1 year
All charts and indicators update automatically.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Cards at the top of the page show:
| Indicator | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Orders | Number of work orders in the selected period |
| Completed | Number of completed orders |
| Overdue | Orders that exceeded the due date |
| Completion Rate | Percentage of completed orders |

Work Order Timeline
Line chart showing the number of orders created and completed over each time period.
Orders by Status
Donut/pie chart with the distribution of orders by status (open, assigned, in progress, completed, cancelled).
Orders by Priority
Bar chart with the number of orders per priority level (low, medium, high, urgent).
Orders by Type
Bar chart with the number of orders per work type (corrective, preventive, inspection).
Orders by Facility
Horizontal bar chart showing which facilities have the most orders.
Contractor Performance
Table with metrics per contractor:

Usage
Use reports to identify facilities with many issues, contractors with low performance, or trends in fault types.
