Contractors are the service provider companies that perform maintenance, repair and fault restoration work at your facilities.

Contractor List

The list shows:

• Company name
• Trade name
• VAT number
• Contact person
• Phone and email

Creating a Contractor

1. Click Add Contractor
2. Fill in the details:

Field	Description
Company Name	Full company name
Trade Name	Commercial name
VAT Number	Tax identification number
Tax Office	Relevant tax office
Address	Company headquarters
City / Postal Code	Location details
Contact Person	Primary contact name
Phone	Contact phone number
Email	Contact email
Notes	Free text

3. Click Save

Contractors are not directly linked to assets. The link is made through Contracts — see the Contracts section.
